PERSEVERANCE!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!
I have been so frustrated and next to tears because it would take me hours-yes many, many hours to make a single post on my blog. It took me about 2 hours one day to find out I had to press the white background in compose alone...I couldn't edit my text, I couldn't upload the pics I wanted, so my posts were very long. My husband figured out the problem. It is my computer! Old and not having the updates because it says I don't have the drivers I need. Guess I will have to go shopping! In the mean time I will use his.

Thank you to Ms. Sewcalgal for all your help. Speaking of Ms. SewCalGal, she is hosting a Christmas challenge. Check it out here: http://www.sewcalgal.blogspot.com/p/the-christmas-challenge-consist-of.html  You will have all your gifts finished and not stressing when Christmas gets here.

I finished a stained glass panel (16" diameter) today that I am donating to a club my husband belongs to. It is for a raffle at the Saint Patrick's Dance they are having on Sat. The chances will be $1.00 a ticket, or 5 tickets for $5.00. Anyone interested in buying tickets?

Tomorrow I will add some pictures of my quilt guild's quilt show which was this past weekend. Thank you  to Tara of Homestead Hearth www.homesteadhearth.com
and Lisa of Primitive Gatherings http://lisabongean.com
for making my win of a blue ribbon possible.

I'm so sorry that blogging is becoming such a pain. But if shopping for a new computer is the answer, try to have fun. I've been looking into the Lenovo Yoga laptop but can't bring myself to spend a grand on a laptop. So good luck!
I love that stained glass! It's beautiful! And the quilt! Wow, eye candy!

Beautiful panel, Lindi! I hope they raise a lot of money for this work of art. I'm happy to meet a fellow stained glass and sewing artist. I hope the blogging goes more smoothly soon; I know what that's like, it's enough to make my gray hair turn grayer when my posts disappear and pictures won't cooperate!

Yea Lindi!! Yes...you have needed a new laptop for a very long time. Remember to also get an independent hard drive just to store all of your photos on, so you don't bog down the new one!
